When people face overwhelming stress or difficult life events, compassionate support matters.

Focusing Initiatives International’s Psychological First Aid (PFA) courses help participants develop practical skills for offering supportive assistance to people experiencing distress.

We currently offer Psychological First Aid in both English and Spanish, but not everyone who could benefit from this training has the resources to access it. Our goal for 2027 is to expand PFA trainings into other languages- including Italian, French, Cantonese, and and even languages of indigenous peoples around the globe.
