Tanya Williams and Diane Goodman Discuss Racial Equity and Liberation

<

Systems of racism and  white supremacy must be transformed to allow for the liberation of all people.   It is important to look at how we are impacted by racism, as people of color, indigenous people and white people, including ways we are advantaged and disadvantaged by these structures, policies, and practices.   Despite being positioned differently within systemic racism, everyone is dehumanized.  Doing racial equity work in community, with those with similar and different racial identities, helps us reclaim our full humanity, provides inspiration and hope, and us move towards a more liberatory future.
