TRAINERS & SPEAKERS

Interactive Focusing was developed by Janet Klein and Mary McGuire. It is a wonderful tool to enhance empathic understanding of yourself and others, and create deep connections with yourself and others. You can also work in a safe way with conflict, misunderstanding or disagreement between people. It can be used with Focusing partners, couples, families and groups.

During our 8 two-hour sessions we will be together and get to know all about Interactive Focusing step by step. You will learn about the four building blocks, the Interactive Focusing format, how to focus and how to listen in Interactive Focusing, and the similarities and differences with traditional Focusing in partnerships. There will be many exercises to truly experience it in your own body.

We work with a small group (minimum 8 and maximum 12 participants).
